Here at Mighty fitness, we‘ll focus on exercises that train your muscles to work together, preparing them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. By using various muscles in both the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also develop core stability.

How would you like to get involved in our most successful body transformation programme and get back in control of your bodyweight weight, fitness and diet?

This 6 week Fitness Transformation will include:
1️⃣ Diet Plan for weight loss or muscle building
2️⃣ 3 x Bootcamp sessions per week
(Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am, 6:15pm and 7:15pm)
3️⃣ Support available 7 days a week with weekly measurements and progress checks.
4️⃣ Specific programmed training sessions that are varied every session
5️⃣ 3 Free sessions into Mighty Fitness functional fitness after your 6 week block to help you ease into the regular daily routine
